I had a terrible service experience here, I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance, and when they moved my appointment up 1 hour before the appointment and they didn't know who did it, the appointment was scheduled but I had to wait 2 hours to get an appointment. That's too bad. I made an appointment for a prenatal check-up but they were very indifferent and disappointed with this place.

The doctors and receptionist at this clinic provide excellent service, and they are all extremely polite. I visited the dentist every day for two weeks, and throughout that time they gave me excellent dental care recommendations and a pleasant welcome. kindly look after my teeth.

Beautiful and Clean establishment with wonderful care from the time you walk in with Vanessa at the front desk she is knowledgeable in all departments and will get up to go find the answers to all your questions. I made my appointment months prior and she set me up with all the information needed and more. To the MA’s for family care and gym care for you genuinely. Each and everyone kind and understanding that work efficiently with your time and hold all concerns to a priority. Mrs.Nguyen is a true caring and intelligent primary provider who truly shows care. The new OB was also pleasant to visit with along with Cindy who steered me right after to schedule further appointments. Thank you Hope Clinic for all your care.

Vanessa was great with helping me get seen the same day and Dr Beatriz extracted my bottom wisdom tooth and it is much better!! They really went out to help me!!! Thank you Ladies, see you in March for more dental work!!!

I don’t normally write reviews however this Clinic was awesome. Nice, clean and professional staff. Vanessa in the dental department is so friendly and professional she got me in and taken care of same day. Also I didn’t get the dentist name but she was nice as well literally everybody was very friendly.

Visited yesterday 2/5/2024 all the staff in Dental Department specially Vanessa in the front desk, dental hygienist Anh Duy, the assistant and Dr Jimenez very professional, accommodating, friendly and explained very well about what’s happening on my dental problem. Well done thanks so much for your expertise highly recommended.

I’ve been taking my kids here for years for dental. Vanessa from dental is an angel in disguised. If we have any questions/problems, Vanessa makes sure we are taken care of and our questions are answered. She goes above and beyond her duty to help us out. We highly recommend this locations for all of your dental/wellness needs.
